In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the goods you receive from Burns Sweet Shop, please contact us immediately. Your order will be refunded in full or in part where appropriate or a replacement will be sent. However, please note that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage of packages whilst in transit, nor for any delays caused by the postal Services. All complaints will be acknowledged by email, and you will be contacted about any further action within the next five working days.
Please note: we do our utmost to ensure that all our products are sent to you in perfect condition. However, we cannot be responsible for any damages which may have occurred during transport, as a result of extreme weather conditions e.g. high humidity which may result in deterioration of boilings or extreme heat that may melt chocolate covered items.
