Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Take time to browse our site and search for the product you desire. Click on any sweets you wish to purchase. Select the quantity you desire and add the item to your shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for further details to enable us to complete your order.

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email if there is an issue with your order. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available we will also let you know by email.

We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Card Security

We only accept credit/debit card payment. burnssweetshop.co.uk is a secure website. Your credit card details are securely processed by PayPal(www.paypal.com) This means that we do not receive any credit card details ourselves, only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.

All of our sweets and chocolates are of the highest quality and are obtained from a wide variety of recognised manufacturers. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition. If however, you are not completely satisfied for any reason then do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem to the best of our ability.
